My payment was due on a specific date but I received a decline message numerous days later

If your payment was processed by bank transfer, an unsuccessful result can take numerous days to be returned by your Bank or Financial Institution.

Upon notification being sent by Paypa Plane of the unsuccessful payment we offer a 24 hour Grace Period where you are able to make up your payment for a minimal fee. You can do this by adding or updating a payment method that will allow the transaction to be completed.
