How do I archive an agreement?

Archiving an agreement: 
Click the “Customers” button on the top navigation page to view the Customers page. 

From this view, select the Customer or to search, use the search bar to the top right and enter the Customer name, mobile, email or reference. Click the arrow (manage) to load the Customer pverview page (this can also be clicked on the Customer information line).

The left side of this page will show all existing agreements for this Customer.
Select the agreement that is to be archived.
Click the button in the centre/bottom of the page that read "+ AGREEMENT ACTIONS".
Click "Archive", then confirm by clicking "ARCHIVE" on the confirmation pop up window.

To undo this, repeat the process, this time clicking "Reopen".
